The team worked closely to successfully design and construct an expansion of 32nd Avenue South in Fargo, updating both the roadway and underground utilities.<\/p><p>Apex prides itself on delivering challenging projects for our client partners on schedule, while providing high product quality and excellent client service. This $19.3 million project took place on one of the busiest corridors in the State and was substantially completed in the fall of 2017.
