This project included realigning the roadway and expanding it throughout to allow wider driving lanes and additional turning lanes. Regarding the aging infrastructure, water and sanitary lines were replaced, and the storm sewer was resized to solve the inundation issues that occurred with heavy rain events.<\/p><p>Apex staff prepared a detailed traffic control plan and worked closely with shareholders and local businesses to address their needs during this construction.
